Brady, an electrical engineer by trade, quickly jumped into action, turning an old Piaggio Ape van into Polly, the one-of-a-kind mobile bar. His engineering background, combined with his love for craftsmanship, made him the perfect person to transform Polly into the stunning, fully functional bar she is today.
After spending eight years away from their hometown, Morgan and Brady returned to the Fox Valley, eager to reconnect with their roots and share their passion for gathering with their community. With Traveling Taps, they bring together their love for creativity, connection, and hospitality, ensuring each event feels personal and unforgettable. From Morgan’s knack for elevating any occasion to Brady’s continuous enhancements to Polly, they’re dedicated to making every celebration special—and always with a smile.
